For example, SCY63 means a cylinder diameter of 63 cm, with a capacity of 20-30 tons per hour; SCY100 is a large model with a capacity of 40-60 tons per hour. Users can flexibly select according to raw material receiving volume and line capacity.

2. Working Principle

The SCY cylinder cleaning sieve mainly consists of a motor, reducer, screen cylinder (cylindrical screen), feed hopper, discharge outlet, impurity outlet, and frame.

During operation, material flows continuously and uniformly into the rotating cylindrical screen through the feed hopper. The screen cylinder rotates slowly (typically 20-30 rpm) driven by a motor via a reducer. The material tumbles and slides as the cylinder rotates. Granular material smaller than the screen openings falls through and is discharged to the next process; coarse impurities larger than the screen openings move toward the end along the inner wall of the cylinder and are finally discharged through the impurity outlet. Light impurities (e.g., dust, awns) can be partially separated with the help of an aspiration system at the feed inlet.

    The inner wall of the screen cylinder is equipped with guide plates or anti-winding devices to prevent long impurities such as ropes from wrapping around the cylinder. The impurity outlet is equipped with adjustable baffles or inspection doors for easy internal cleaning.
