1. What Is a Rotary Sifter? Why Does Pellet Production Need It?

In the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, and feed industries, pellets often vary in size after production and require classification. The Rotary Sifter is a screening device that uses eccentric rotary motion to separate materials, widely used in sizing and classification stages of pellet production lines.

Compared with ordinary vibrating screens, rotary sifters offer high screening accuracy, large capacity, low pellet breakage, low noise, and easy cleaning, making them key equipment for ensuring pellet uniformity and product quality.
