Wood Pellet Mill Rollers Successfully Shipped to Pakistan, Supporting New Developments in Green Energy Cooperation

On August 8, 2025, outside the Jaray production workshop, a batch of containers loaded with wood pellet mill rollers slowly drove out of the factory gate, marking the official departure of the company’s independently developed and manufactured high-precision rollers for Pakistan. These components will be used in local new energy wood pellet production lines, further promoting cooperation and development between China and Pakistan in the field of renewable energy.
I. High-Quality Rollers Support the Upgrading of Pakistan’s Biomass Energy Industry
The exported products are 96 roller shells, a core component of wood pellet mills, compatible with various models of ring die pellet mills. As a key transmission component of the pellet mill, the performance of the roller directly determines the pellet forming quality and equipment lifespan.
The rollers exported by Jaray this time are made of high-quality alloy steel and vacuum heat treatment, possessing extremely high wear resistance and fatigue strength. The roller surface undergoes precision machining and quenching processes to ensure stable operation of the equipment under high temperature and high pressure environments.
A Pakistani customer stated that these components will be installed in their newly built wood pellet production line for a local biomass energy processing project, with an estimated annual output of 50,000 tons. This will help improve the local energy structure and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.
II. Strict Process Standards Ensure Superior Product Quality
To ensure products meet international standards, Jaray strictly adheres to the ISO9001 quality system requirements at every stage, from raw material inspection and forging to heat treatment and assembly inspection.
During production, the company utilizes advanced CNC machining centers and automated quenching equipment to ensure the accuracy of the inner and outer diameters of the pressure rollers, consistency of hardness, and surface finish.
