Precision Roller shells Shipped Successfully, Helping Customers Boost Capacity
Recently, the first batch of high-end precision press rollers produced by Jaray Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was officially shipped to a large domestic papermaking company for its production line intelligent transformation project. Made of high-strength alloy steel and featuring advanced surface treatment, these rollers are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and feature high-precision balancing, significantly improving product flatness and production efficiency.
To ensure delivery quality, the company established a dedicated technical team to rigorously oversee the entire process, from material selection to processing and testing, and completed a 72-hour continuous test run. Shockproof packaging and temperature-controlled transportation were used throughout the logistics process to ensure safe long-distance transportation.
“This batch of rollers will be used in the customer’s new energy-saving production line and is expected to increase their production capacity by over 20%,” said a project manager at Jaray. In the future, Jaray will launch more customized roller products tailored to meet the needs of industries such as new energy batteries and textiles.
This successful shipment marks further market recognition for our company’s precision component manufacturing capabilities and lays the foundation for future collaborations. The company announced that more than ten sets of similar equipment will be delivered to domestic and international customers in the second half of the year.
