On August 2nd, Jaray held a shipping ceremony for ring dies exported to Russia.
The shipment consisted of 24 sets of Φ520×228 stainless steel vacuum-quenched ring dies, each weighing 280 kilograms. These dies are destined for a new livestock and poultry feed plant in Russia’s Far East with an annual production capacity of 300,000 tons. Utilizing a 5CrMnMo alloy nitriding process, the dies increase wear resistance by 40% and have passed Russian GOST-R certification. Jiarui utilizes the “door-to-station” China-Europe freight train model, with the dies expected to arrive at Moscow’s Berelasto Station in 10 days, saving 18 days compared to sea freight. The order, valued at US$1.86 million, is Jiarui’s largest single export to Russia this year and marks a 15% increase in its market share for ring dies in Russia.
