MUNCH 850 Ring Dies Shipped to Southeast Asia – Chinese Feed Machinery Parts Accelerate Global Expansion

On April 16, 2026, a batch of MUNCH 850 ring dies for pellet mills was loaded and shipped by sea to Vietnam, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian countries, serving as replacement and stocking of key wear parts for large-scale feed production lines.
High Hardness, Long Service Life
The MUNCH 850 ring die measures 850×1020×310mm, weighs about 300kg per unit, and is made of X46Cr13 stainless steel. After heat treatment, its surface hardness reaches HRC 52-55, offering excellent wear and corrosion resistance. When used with V-belt driven pellet mills, it can produce up to 15 tons per hour, suitable for continuous operation in medium and large feed plants. The die holes are processed using gun drilling technology in a single pass, ensuring smooth discharge and stable pellet quality.
Rapidly Growing Feed Demand in Southeast Asia
The feed industry in Southeast Asia is expanding rapidly. In 2026, Vietnam’s feed output is expected to reach nearly 29.2 million tons, while Indonesia’s output is projected at 35–40 million tons. This growth increases the replacement frequency of core wear parts like ring dies, driving strong import demand. Chinese-made ring dies, known for high cost performance and reliable delivery, are gaining market share in Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and other countries.
From Single Parts to Localized Services
In recent years, Chinese ring die manufacturers have accelerated overseas expansion, with some setting up service points in Southeast Asia to provide rapid response and technical support. Benefiting from the RCEP policy dividend and the upgrading of regional feed industries, high-quality parts like the MUNCH 850 ring die are expected to enjoy broad market prospects.
