JARAY’s High-End Feed Ring Dies Packed and Shipped from Liyang
Today, JARAY Group’s manufacturing base in Liyang, Jiangsu Province, successfully completed the packing of a batch of SALMATEC Maxima 840 feed ring dies, which are about to be shipped to the Southeast Asian market. This core equipment, designed specifically for high-quality feed processing, has gained widespread recognition in the international feed machinery market for its superior wear resistance, precise pelleting efficiency, and intelligent control system.
The Maxima 840 feed ring die is manufactured using special alloy materials and advanced heat treatment processes, ensuring stable pellet quality and output even under prolonged high-intensity operation. It is particularly suitable for large-scale modern feed production enterprises. The equipment shipped this time will be used in a newly built 300,000-ton-per-year feed production line in Thailand.
At the shipping site, the technical team conducted precise testing and professional packaging on each ring die, employing special rust-proof and moisture-proof treatments to ensure the equipment remains in optimal condition during transportation. The successful export of this batch of equipment fully demonstrates JARAY’s technical strength and quality assurance capabilities in the field of feed machinery manufacturing.
