Jaray’s high-end feed machinery large ring die is exported to Europe to help the intelligent upgrade of animal husbandry
Recently, China’s Jaray machinery manufacturer successfully shipped the first batch of large ring die pelletizers to Europe, and China’s high-end feed equipment has gradually entered the high-end market in Europe. This batch of equipment will be used in France’s large livestock and poultry feed production line, with a total order value of more than 15 million euros, and is expected to increase customer production capacity by more than 30%.
The large ring die exported this time uses special alloy steel and nano-coating technology, which has a 50% increase in wear resistance and a 20% reduction in energy consumption compared to traditional products, and complies with the EU CE certification and the latest feed safety production standards. Its intelligent temperature control system and remote operation and maintenance functions can optimize the pelleting process in real time to meet the stringent requirements of European customers for precise nutritional formulas. The technical director of the French partner said: “The stability and intelligence level of Chinese equipment exceeded expectations and will help us cope with the challenge of rising labor costs in Europe.”
Industry experts pointed out that as Europe’s animal husbandry transforms to intensive and low-carbon, China’s feed machinery continues to expand its market share with its high cost-effectiveness and technological innovation advantages. This export further consolidated China’s first-tier position in the global feed equipment field. The head of the company revealed that the next step will be to set up a service center in the Netherlands to deepen cooperation with Europe in the field of biological feed processing technology.
The export of high-end feed machinery not only demonstrated the hard power of Chinese manufacturing, but also injected new impetus into China-Europe agricultural technology cooperation.
