Jaray Successfully Exports a Batch of Yulong 850 Biomass Ring Dies and Roller shells to a Malaysian Customer
Today, Jaray successfully exported a batch of Yulong 850 biomass ring dies and roller shells assemblies to a Malaysian customer. The products have passed rigorous testing and have been successfully shipped. These products will be used in local biomass fuel pellet production lines in Malaysia, helping the customer achieve its green and efficient energy processing goals.
The exported Yulong 850 ring dies and roller shells are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and stainless steel composite materials, and undergo vacuum heat treatment and precision CNC machining processes, giving them significant advantages in high strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Jaray’s technical team optimized the aperture design and roller shell structure, resulting in more uniform material distribution, higher forming efficiency, and more stable pellet density, effectively extending the service life of the ring dies and roller shells.
The exported ring dies are compatible with the Yulong 850 biomass pellet mill and are widely applicable to the pellet production of renewable raw materials such as wood chips, palm shells, rice husks, and bamboo chips. The product has undergone repeated testing and maintains excellent pressing performance even under high-intensity continuous operation conditions, resulting in high pellet formation rate and low energy consumption, significantly improving the overall efficiency of the production line.
As a major biomass energy producer in Southeast Asia, Malaysia has actively promoted the development of the renewable energy industry in recent years, leading to a continuous increase in demand for high-performance pelleting equipment and core components. With its superior product quality and excellent international reputation, Jaray has become a long-term partner of many local energy companies.
