The base is welded from high-strength steel plates and serves as the entire machine’s support. Two, three, or four flying knives are mounted on the cutter drum, secured to the drum by specially designed fly bolts and a knife block. The upper feed roller assembly is hydraulically adjustable to adjust to the thickness of the material being cut. Qualified flakes fall through the screen holes and are discharged from the bottom. Larger flakes are then cut again within the machine.
Hydraulic System: The oil pump supplies oil to the cylinder, which activates the cover to facilitate blade replacement. During maintenance, the upper feed roller assembly can be lifted to adjust the clearance between the fly and bed knives and to remove and install the comb plate.
Recently, a batch of high-performance drum chippers, after meticulous packaging and rigorous inspection, were officially loaded onto containers and shipped to India.
