A batch of high-performance alloy ring dies, core components of large-scale feed pellet mills independently developed and manufactured in my country, has completed final inspection and packaging, and is ready to be shipped to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This batch of exported products covers several mainstream large-size models, including the Graf 900 series, and will be used to equip modern large-scale feed production lines in the Middle East.
The exported ring dies utilize special alloy materials and advanced deep heat treatment processes, possessing extremely high wear resistance and fatigue strength, enabling long-term stable operation in high-temperature and dry climates. Their precise die hole design and excellent manufacturing consistency are key to ensuring high-quality, low-energy feed pellet production.
The successful delivery of this order signifies that domestically produced high-end feed machinery components have reached international advanced levels in materials science, precision machining, and reliability, gaining recognition in the high-end Middle Eastern market.
